This last Sunday (November 15), Paul blessed Adrian at church. It was a beautiful blessing, and this time I was smart enough to jot down some notes. Since most (if not all) of the people that read my blog are family and close friends, I thought I would share his blessing notes.
Adrian's blessing:
Name given is Adrian Paul Mann
Ask Heavenly Father that he will be blessed:
With faith at a young age to know of his Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, and the atonement
That he will be sober minded and develop his mind and intellect
That he will develop his talents and abilities
That he will be a worthy priesthood holder and to serve a mission, make covenants in the temple, find a righteous companion, and raise up a righteous posterity
That he will be a support to his family; full of love for his family and friends and all who he comes in contact with
It was a lovely blessing, asking Heavenly Father to grant Adrian all the blessings and abilities of righteous living.
I am so grateful for the gospel and our knowledge of the principles of heaven. I pray that Heavenly Father will teach me how to raise these boys to be worthy of all that is good.
